The Purple Eagles of Niagara Men’s Hockey Team is looking to head once again to the NCAA Tournament.

This coming after upsetting the tournament’s top ranked team, and the #8 team in the nation Bemidji State Saturday night in the CHA semifinals at Dwyer Arena on the campus of Niagara University.

Bryan Haczyk, who played well in the Purple Eagle’s previous games against Bemidji at Niagara this season, led the way with a shorthanded goal and an assist on the power-play.

Niagara will take on Alabama-Huntsville in the CHA Championship game tomorrow at 8PM, and I’ll be reporting live from Dwyer arena starting with the consolation game between Bemidji and Robert Morris at 4:00PM.
